Returns Policy
Your satisfaction with your purchase is our number one priority at Simply Swimming. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of the date on the receipt. Items must be in their original packaging (when applicable), with the tags still on, accompanied by your receipt.
If you are returning or exchanging an item, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If your original order was placed on our website and was shipped for free and the item(s) you are returning brings your original order total back under the amount that qualifies for free shipping, the shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
Simply Swimming does not take returns or exchanges on any custom-printed team suits or apparel. We facilitate an opportunity for our teams to fit their team suits and apparel either on site or in our store. If you are unable to be at the fitting, we carry samples of suits and apparel in our store until your first order's closing date. Please make time to stop in to size your suits and apparel before ordering to prevent sizing issues. Samples of apparel may not be available for second team orders as the samples have been used to fulfill previous orders.
Simply Swimming does not accept returns on tech suits.

Shipping
Simply Swimming uses a flat-rate shipping method on all orders. Items ordered during team windows will be delivered to the team unless shipping is paid for.
FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $99.99 – Free shipping is available on all non-team orders exceeding $99.99 before tax. If the order has custom printed team items and is ordered during the team’s bulk ordering window, the items will be shipped to the team and not the customer’s home.
